"Make Me (Cry)"(feat. Labrinth)

I never needed you like I do right now
I never needed you like I do right now
I never hated you like I do right now
'Cause all you ever do is make me...

Gave you up 'bout 21 times
Felt those lips, tell me 21 lies, yeah
You'll be the death of me
Sage advice
Love-lovin' you could make Jesus cry

When I hear you sayin' "Darling,
Your kiss is like an antidote."
I'm fightin' like I'm Ali,
But you got me on the ropes

I never needed you like I do right now
I never needed you like I do right now
I never hated you like I do right now
'Cause all you ever do is make me...

Couldn't hear the thunder
But I heard your heart race
Couldn't see the rain
We're too busy makin' hurricanes, yeah
Love ain't easy when it ain't my way
But it gets hard, when you ain't here makin' me crazy

Baby, say the word, darlin'
You know just how to hold the sucker down
So I'll see you in the morning
I can't watch you walk out

I never needed you like I do right now
I never needed you like I do right now
I never hated you like I do right now
'Cause all you ever do is make me...

Hear the thunder
See the rain
Keep on makin' me cry
Hey, hey, yeah
Keep makin' me scream and holler
Keep on makin' me cry
You don't know what you're doin' to me
Hey, hey, yeah

I never needed you like I do right now
I never needed you like I do right now
I never hated you like I do right now
'Cause all you ever do is make me

I am not going to lie to you guys (my posts reader) something about me that I think I should share it with you guys. Because I think you guys should know better and aware about this kind of thing. Maybe some of you guys had been suffering from 'depression". Its okay to say yes and admit it. Just let it out, everything. Don't keep it to yourself. I know you need someone to talk with and to listen all of your problems.

My friends, I just want you to know that you are not the only one had been suffering from depression attack. Yes, I have been there before. It is just so sad when people nowadays keep saying depression is just a normal thing, its happen to everyone. Yes, maybe it is but some people are not okay with it. Don't think like everything seems so solve-able in your eyes because you don't know what they been through in their life.

Since I was a child, I was raised in a very ordinary family. My parents worked so hard to make sure me and my sibling get to receive a very good education. But the highlight here is my dad. My dad is a strict kind of person. I always wanted to be like the rest of my friends because they had been given a lot of space and freedom. But I learned to accept 'NO' since I was a child. There is a time when I was too stubborn, I think at that time, I still in my primary school (still figuring out thing), my dad will hit me with a rattan. I cried and I screamed because it was so painful.

Since that happened I used to be so silent. I always cried and I was so afraid with my dad. Even though my dad always said "I am so sorry, I had to rattan you because you're so stubborn. I love you" while applying some ointments on my swollen skin, but I always afraid of him. After that I couldn't even sleep at night, couldn't eat properly and I can't even focus on my studies. There is a time when I sweating a lot even tho its cold and all I did was sitting on my chair. This continues until I was in my high school.

One day, I almost fainted in my school and my parents took me to the hospital. That day when I realized that I had been suffering from depression attack and my parents were shocked. Since that day, my strict dad started to appreciate little things that I did for him, he started to give me some space and so on. He keep monitoring my diet and eating schedule.

Ever since then, I realized that I am happy. But the fact that I had been suffering from depression attack, I will never forget that and please! If anyone of you suffering from depression attack, you can always talk to me. Don't worry, I'm friendly and I can be your friend, I will listen to you.
For those who don't really aware about depression attack, it is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act. Fortunately, it is also treatable. Depression causes feelings of sadness or a loss of interest in any activities.

Here is how you can treat depression naturally and it just a simple treatment.

1. Set your life vision and mission.
2. Practice your healthy lifestyle.
3. Eat clean.
4. Exercise.
5. Drink a lot of water.
6. Get an enough beauty sleep.
7. Don't challenge yourself with negative thoughts.
8. Try to have some fun.
9. Go get some massage.

As strange as it might sound, you have to work at having fun. Plan things you used to enjoy, even if they feel like a chore. Keep going to the movies. Keep going out with friends for dinner.
When you're depressed, you can lose the knack for enjoying life, Cook says. You have to relearn how to do it. In time, fun things really will feel fun again.
Again, If you need someone to talk with, you can always talk to me. Love you!

Last year on 15 August 2016, I went to Sabah Credit Corporation to finish my internship and it was a great experience ever!

I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to Sabah Credit Corporation, especially to Madam Vicky (Team of SCC's Corporate Department) for giving me the opportunity to finish my internship at SCC. Thank you, thank you and thank you so much!

Okay, for those who selected to join Sabah Credit Corporation's Internship Programme, I wish you all the best and all I can say is, you guys gonna enjoy it there because Sabah Credit Corporation is surrounded with generous people and culture of Sabah.

I still remember how awkward it was when I had to dance and sing along with Sabah Credit Corporation staff. I laughed so hard when I started to dance (with the Poco - Poco music background okay guys hahah). For your information, all of the staff of Sabah Credit Corporation will dance and sing together every morning. How cool is that? Cool right, I know. Why? because SCC practicing a healthy lifestyle.

" Kerja, kerja juga. Tapi kesihatan harus diutamakan bah kan SCC hehe"

I was attached in Credit Control Department of SCC on my first day. I met the Head of Department of DCC, Arius Jipiu. He's the most coolest person on earth that I had ever met in my life other than my dad. He's like our dad, he will make sure that all of us ( the trainees ) will learn something.

" I know there are days where you just want to completely breakdown. Days where you wonder if you can even find the strength to keep fighting because you're exhausted."

But, you keep it together. You smile and carry on like everything inside of you isn't breaking. You help each others without thinking to ask for help yourself. You don't want to seem weak. You don't want to seem like a burden. I know you're hurting :')

And I don't know what it is you're going through exactly. Maybe it's a breakup. Maybe it's work or school or a million other things. People demand a lot from you and you never let anyone down. You never disappoint them. You bust your ass to appease people who don't even say thank you. That takes strength, I know..

So here, I want to say thank you on behalf of those who don't appreciate what you do for them. I want to show my gratitude for those who don't see what you're going through. You make it look easy and that's why people don't realize how deeply you are aching right now. But I see it. Your tired eyes wonder if there's more than what you're getting right now.

Listen, my friend, I'm going to start by saying I'm proud of you for how strong you are. Strength like yours comes in silent battles, people don't know you fight. It comes in tears you either repress or no one knows you cry. It's in nights where you lay awake wondering if there is ever going to be more you.

But trust me that unfulfilled feeling is good. It is there to show you that aren't in the right place anymore. Being uncomfortable is good. That means you are growing my dear.

Maybe where you are right now, you've excelled as much as you can and there's no place higher you can go. You should be proud of yourself for that.

" Smile, fight and carry on!"

But I need you to keep going. Keep trying. Keep working. Don't lose faith. Because it's those moments where you want to get up, and walk away, and quit, comes something rewarding. There is something on the other side of this confusion and heartbreak and sadness. You just have to get there first.

" Just know you aren't alone. I'm with you."
